Hey, I’m Isaac.

I’m super passionate about showing people that parkour has so much to offer beyond just the physical skills and fitness you get from practicing it. I’ve been teaching parkour in Perth since 2011 and I’m still in love with training and sharing this incredible practice. Before becoming a full time parkour instructor, I was a bushland conservationist and a design student at uni. An appreciation for nature influence my original approach to helping other people with parkour.

Despite being a very high energy kid I struggled to find an active outlet I connected with before I started parkour. I was super lucky to find an inclusive, positive parkour community that embodied the altruistic and healthy philosophy of parkour. The support of that community proved to be just as transformative for me as the physical training itself, cementing compassion, encouragement and positivity as the core of my teaching style.

I find a lot of value in the practicality of traditional parkour philosophy and training; techniques for the body and mind to adapt and safely move with confidence through a variety of environments. Ideally, while leaving a positive impact in the places we move through.
